Welcome to studiis. Use of this platform is governed by the following terms to ensure fair and secure usage.

1. About studiis

studiis is a platform designed to support students with learning and academic organization. Various digital tools are mostly free to use, while some features require a paid plan.

An account is required for certain features, but recommended to access the full platform experience.

1a. Minimum Age

Use of studiis is intended for individuals aged 16 and above. Individuals under 16 may only create an account with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, it is confirmed that the minimum age requirement is met or that the necessary consent has been obtained.

2. Accounts & Content

Accurate information must be provided when creating an account. Profile pictures must contain appropriate content only.

Any content saved on studiis, including notes, tasks, or other personal data, remains associated with the respective user account and is not published or shared externally. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Each user profile may include information such as username, profile picture, bio, and activity statistics. Users can add others as friends and view shared activities, achievements, or friend streaks. This information is for internal use within studiis only and must not be distributed or misused externally.

Users can manage the visibility of their profile and related social features in the settings. Profiles and social features can be partially or fully restricted or disabled. In this case, profile information, statistics, achievements, or friend features will be hidden or partially visible to other users.

Users can earn achievements and streaks through activities on studiis, which are displayed on their profiles. These are granted automatically based on platform usage.

Due to technical and organizational reasons, there is no entitlement to the restoration of lost statistics, achievements, streaks, or friend streaks. This applies especially in cases of inactivity, technical changes, platform updates, or errors.

3. Rules of Use

The platform is intended to remain a productive and respectful space. The following actions are prohibited:

Sharing illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content,
Sending spam or using automated systems,
Circumventing access restrictions or payment barriers,
Abusing friends’ statistics, achievements, or other profile information of other users,
Providing content that infringes on copyrights, personality rights, or other rights of third parties.

Content that violates our guidelines or is discriminatory, offensive, harassing, infringing on copyrights, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited. Users are required not to share or distribute such content. studiis reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended if users violate these Terms of Service, provide illegal, offensive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content, or harass other users. Paid accounts are also subject to suspension under these conditions. Suspension occurs after careful consideration to ensure a safe and respectful platform for all users.

4. Paid Features

Certain features on studiis require payment. Prices and plan details are clearly displayed before purchase. No hidden fees apply.

Payments are processed via the third-party provider Stripe. Required data, such as name and payment information, is transmitted securely to Stripe. Payments are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payments for paid plans do not grant additional rights to usage or uninterrupted availability. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these Terms of Service, including providing illegal, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. No refunds or replacements will be provided in such cases.

5. Support & Impersonation

To resolve technical issues or handle support requests, our team may temporarily access an account with user consent (“User Impersonation”). The team will not perform any actions without explicit user approval. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the settings at any time.

6. Availability & Development

studiis is in continuous development. Feature availability may vary, and there is no entitlement to specific features or uninterrupted access.

7. Liability

Use of studiis is at the user's own risk. We are not liable for damages, data loss, or downtime. Important content should be backed up separately.

We are also not liable for losses or damages related to social features, achievements, streaks, friends’ statistics, or other platform-provided functions. This applies in particular to technical errors, updates, inactivity, or unintended changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately.
